Sales Policy
Please read carefully
Returns
If you are not 100% satisfied with your
purchase, simply return it to us
within 30 days of purchase in resellable condition. Any returned
part that is received damaged when returned to us will
not be accepted as returnable and you should file a claim with your carrier.
We will repair,
or exchange your part, or refund your money at our discretion. All refunds are either
paid by check or by credit to the credit card on which the original purchase
was made. The original invoice (or copy of the original) must
accompany
any returns. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Used Parts, Decal & Stripe kits, electrical parts and
special order items are not
returnable.
All New Reproduction seat upholstery, door panels,
Headliners, Sunvisors
Carpets, Trunk mats and Floor mats are considered
Special Orders and can not be returned to us.
You may contact our supplier for these products
to discuss return authorzation.
We are not responsible for any defects or wrong items
shipped by our suppliers. We will contact our supplier
on your behalf to rectify any complaints you may have.
Should you need to return a part, please contact our customer service
department for a return authorization number and instructions.
We at New England Monte Carlo SS will not accept returned goods
without prior authorization. Customer is responsible for
cost of return shipment to us.
Shortages
Please open and inspect your parts
immediately when they arrive.
Any missing parts from your order must be reported within 7 days of the
shipping date.
Damage
Claims
It is the responsibility of the carrier
to deliver merchandise in good condition.
Please inspect all deliveries, when possible, in the presence of the
carrier.
If you receive an opened or damaged package, have the driver write 'damaged'
on the delivery sheet. Contact your local UPS, DHL or USPS office so they can
send a
representative to inspect the damaged package immediately. That
representative will then contact us and we will take the proper steps to
resolve
the matter. In all cases of damage, the parcel must be inspected at the
point of
delivery to the customer. If this procedure is not followed, the carrier
nor
New England Monte Carlo SS will be held liable for a claim on
the
damaged merchandise.
Warranty
All New products are
warranted against defects in material and workmanship for a period
of 90 days from shipment date. Fabric, vinyl or headliner/sun visor material
color match is not our responsibility, Samples are
available of all materials used before the sale. It is the buyers responsibility
to select the correct colors and materials before the purchase. We will NOT
be responsible for wrong color or material type errors. Once you have
selected your colors and materials all Sales are final.
We will replace the product or refund the
purchase
price at our discretion. This warranty does not cover labor, failure of a
related
component, failure resulting from faulty installation, nor does the
liability of
New England Monte Carlo SS exceed the cost of the original component.
New England Monte Carlo SS is not responsible for any damage or loss
caused by delays, failures, or any other consequential damage arising from
any cause whatsovever, nor the labor, transportation, or any other
charges
incurred in the replacement or repair of a defective item. We shall not be
liable for personal or mechanical damage caused by the use or misuse of
products.
